The team consisting of 3 undergraduate students: Piotr Walas, Mateusz Guzik and Mieszko Fraś, organized and led by a tutor mgr inż. Szymon Woźniak, who is a Ph.D. student and a research assistant at the Signal Processing Group, won the first prize in the Signal Processing Cup (SP Cup) student competition at ICASSP 2019. This year’s competition has been dedicated to “Search & Rescue with Drone-Embedded Sound Source Localization”. Congratulations to the winners of this prestigious international student competition.
